I haven’t stuck to a full 30 days of a few challenges that I set out to do this year.
So, going into next year, I am going to do multiple small ones. This post is to push myself to do a 30 day challenge completely and track it as well.
So the challenges I set for myself are…
- One blog post a day (starting with this one) – can be a small one or a re-post of something I wrote elsewhere
- Exercise atleast 45 minutes a day – can be a walk, jog, cycle or a simple home work out
- Read a chapter of a non-fiction book a day – try and finish 3 at least. Preferably on health care
If I skip one day, the previous or the next day will have to compensate for it.
