This is the third doodle I did during the presentation.
There is a strong dependence on the quality of decisions taken and the experience and expertise of a person. People with low experience usually refrain from taking decisions. If they do, they are based on a little logic they have. The higher the experience (and lower the expertise on subject matter), the decisions are that much more random.
