The last blog post actually set me thinking. Was a value statement in a largely unknown mission-vision statement taken to the extreme? What are the value’s of Indian FMCG companies? Do they actually do what they say in these documents?
So I set out and looked for Vision-Mission statements of Indian companies (why are they important?). First the list of well known Indian FMCG companies and their stated Vision-Mission statements. That list is easy to find as most companies are listed on BSE not to mention Google gives a nice related search.
