Here&#8217;s the update.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>One blog post a day (starting with this one) \u2013 can be a small one or a re-post of something I wrote elsewhere\n<ul>\n<li>I managed to write 29 blog posts and would have made it to 31 if only I had spent an hour more<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Exercise atleast 45 minutes a day \u2013 can be a walk, jog, cycle or a simple home work out\n<ul>\n<li>Did it very inconsistently for about 25 days<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Read a chapter of a non-fiction book a day \u2013 try and finish 3 at least. Preferably on health care\n<ul>\n<li>Lost the plot after finishing 2 books on health care<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hmm&#8230; not a great achievement. So, here&#8217;s the next 30 day plan.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Learn Guitar &#8211; Specifically, go thru this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coursera.org\/learn\/guitar\" target=\"_blank\">course<\/a> fully<\/li>\n<li>Read 3 books preferably a chapter a day<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Last month, I set out to do 3 things simultaneously.
