This post is to push myself to do a 30 day challenge completely and track it as well.<\/p>\n<p>So the challenges I set for myself are&#8230;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>One blog post a day (starting with this one) &#8211; can be a small one or a re-post of something I wrote elsewhere<\/li>\n<li>Exercise atleast 45 minutes a day &#8211; can be a walk, jog, cycle or a simple home work out<\/li>\n<li>Read a chapter of a non-fiction book a day &#8211; try and finish 3 at least.
