Was a value statement in a largely unknown mission-vision statement taken to the extreme? What are the value&#8217;s of Indian FMCG companies? Do they actually do what they say in these documents?<\/p>\n<p>So I set out and looked for Vision-Mission statements of Indian companies (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.inc.com\/resources\/startup\/articles\/20050201\/missionstatement.html\" target=\"_blank\">why are they important?<\/a>). First the list of well known Indian FMCG companies and their stated Vision-Mission statements.
